 In2media has created Pfizer Denmark's cholesterol website targeted at both people formerly hit by a blood clot and their relatives. Call-to-action has been to motivate people formerly hit by a blood clot to visit their doctor to ensure that their cholesterol number is max 4.5
We found that in order to ensure involvement and ensure the messages come across the communication in step one had to me experience-based as it was not expected that the target groups to begin with would be motivated to engage in a lean-forward dialogue. In step two - when the audience would have received the core message delivered in an experience-based fashion - we believed that they would be motivated to engage in a dialogue and in general "lean forward". On the website the target group can watch various videos on cholesterol, test their knowledge on the subject and generate a memo with questions to ask their doctor about at their next consultation.
